Providence House

This partial care program assists adults who have a severe and persistent mental illness with developing the skills necessary to live, learn, and work in the community. The program is open six days a week offering skill building, educational, and socialization groups to assist participants in the recovery process. Other services provided include:

  • A psychiatrist and clinical nurse specialist on site provide psychiatric services for all program participants.
  • Individual therapy is also available to participants on an as needed basis.
  • Program staff provides care coordination for all program participants.
  • Providence House strongly believes in reaching out to family and significant others to provide illness and recovery education.
  • Nutritional needs are met by providing snacks and lunch during program hours.
  • Transportation is provided for most area towns to and from program.
