Labor and Delivery

The birth experience is an event that you and your family will cherish the rest of your lives. We encourage new parents to be involved in making decisions about every aspect of the care of mother and baby.

  • Our experienced healthcare professionals will explain your options for pain management, and let you decide what's best for you.
  • To help you get to know your baby before you go home, you have the option of keeping the baby with you in your room as long as you want. Should you need a little rest, or quiet time alone, there is always a caring, experienced nursing staff in the nursery.
  • Dads are welcome to visit any time of the day or night. We have extended visiting hours for siblings and grandparents too.
