Prenatal monitoring allows specialists to identify potential problems before the baby is born. Working with genetic counselors, our Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians provide continual risk assessments, interpret ultrasounds, and perform amniocentesis and chorionic villi sampling tests. The specialized team then prepares for any complications, to increase the chances for a healthy delivery. ARMC is the only medical center in the region with full-time perinatology coverage.
