About ARMC Mainland Auxiliary
ARMC’s Mainland Auxiliary raises funds for patient services throughout ARMC including the Roger B. Hansen Center for Childbirth, the Heart Institute, and the Progressive Cardiac Care and Acute Care for the Elderly units. Founded in 1974, the Auxiliary has raised more than $2 million to benefit patient services at ARMC Mainland, and in 2013 pledged $500,000 to support the expansion of ARMC’s Mainland Campus.

About the ARMC Mainland Modernization Project
Groundbreaking for the $62.5 million Mainland Modernization project took place February 24, 2014. It included a more than 35,000 square foot expansion at the Mainland Campus front entrance, upgrades to the existing facility, which originally opened in June, 1975, and additional enhancements. The expansion focused on the increased need for surgical services. A new, two-and-a-half story addition, named the Rothman Institute Pavilion, in recognition of the Rothman Institute's $3 million gift to the ARMC Mainland Transformation Campaign, opened in 2015.
