The Mainland Campus of AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center opened in Pomona, New Jersey, in 1975. It didn't take long for “Mainland” to become a world-class medical center. Over the years, it has undergone several expansions to keep up with the growing healthcare needs in our community.

The most recent expansion was in the summer of 2005, when we opened the beautiful new Center for Childbirth and new state-of-the-art Emergency Department. ARMC’s Mainland Campus is home to several centers of clinical excellence, including the Heart Institute, the Joint Institute, the region’s only Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and more.
