Gilda’s Club South Jersey, 700 New Road, Linwood, will host “Is the Health Insurance Marketplace for You?” Wednesday, March 5 at 1 p.m. Paul Mesgleski, certified financial counselor, AtlantiCare, will discuss the Health Insurance Marketplace that resulted from the Affordable Care Act. He’ll cover who qualifies to enroll in health insurance through the marketplace and how to enroll before the March 31 open enrollment deadline. Mesgleski and other AtlantiCare certified financial counselors will assist those who wish to enroll through the marketplace after the lecture in doing so on site.
As a Certified Application Counselor Organization, AtlantiCare is certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to assist people with the Health Insurance Marketplace application process.
