Notary Services

Sometimes healthcare paperwork requires the services of a Notary Public. Notary services are available by request when required for specific hospital-related records.

To request a notary, please contact the Customer Relations Department. From any hospital phone dial extension 1-8193 for the Atlantic City Campus office and extension 2-3444 for the Mainland Campus office.

Please note that ARMC provides notary service as a courtesy. Hospital notaries are not authorized to handle documents not directly related to your hospital care.
