Childbirth Classes
In person classes
To prepare you for the birth of your child, we recommend that you take part in our childbirth education class during the seventh and eighth month of pregnancy. These sessions are held at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center – Mainland Campus.
We offer both evening and Saturday classes. Please scroll down to learn more about our six-week Childbirth Class.
Online classes
In addition to our in-person classes, we now offer an online childbirth preparation cours for those who cannot attend an interactive prepared childbirth course due to bed rest and scheduling conflicts. The program is a web-based program that includes animated illustrations, videos, voice-overs, and games. This online program is appropriate for couples delivering at The Center for Childbirth or elsewhere. Click here for more information about online childbirth classes.
