SNAP Navigation

AtlantiCare is proud to serve as a SNAP Navigator for Atlantic County, helping individuals and families connect to the New Jersey Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NJ SNAP). Funded by the New Jersey Department of Human Services (NJDHS), this free and confidential service provides support with eligibility screening and application assistance for those in need of food resources.

NJ SNAP helps low-income households buy healthy groceries using a benefits card accepted at most food stores and farmers markets. AtlantiCare’s role in this program reflects our ongoing commitment to improving food access and supporting the health of our community.
