Employee Resource Group Scholarship

Application Information:

To any AtlantiCare team member or their dependents who are pursuing a career in healthcare, in either clinical or non- clinical field. 

Award Description:

11 applicants will be selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship.

Application Criteria:

  • Open to current students enrolled into a college or university who will purse a career in healthcare.
  • Applicants must be enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year degree program and must provide proof of enrollment. Those who are pursuing a career in healthcare, but who have yet to formally enroll at a college/university, are currently not eligible for this award.
  • Please demonstrate financial need within your written essay.
  • Current transcript (official or unofficial) from their college from which the student is enrolled must be provided.
  • Essay (not to exceed 800 words): Please provide a written essay describing how you intend to use your future career in healthcare to promote community health and well-being.

Thank you for your interest in the Employee Resource Group Scholarship. All complete applications and supporting documents must be postmarked and sent by Friday, July 10th, 2026. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
