Whether you experience occasional low back discomfort or chronic pain, this session will help you better understand the common causes of back pain and arthritis, treatment options available, and practical ways to improve mobility and quality of life. 

Sarah will discuss prevention strategies, treatment approaches, exercise and movement recommendations, and when it may be time to seek additional medical care. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable tools to help manage pain and stay active. Registration is required to attend this no-cost event.
