Proceeds support AtlantiCare’s commitment to building a strong, skilled healthcare workforce through AtlantiCare YOUniversity. This initiative provides team members with education reimbursement, professional certifications and skill-building opportunities—empowering them to grow their careers while continuing to care for our region. Through this investment in workforce excellence, YOUniversity is helping shape the future of healthcare.
