Department-Level Celebrations

Leaders play a key role in making celebrations feel personal—here are simple ways to host meaningful moments within your department.

Host a “Walk a Mile in My Shoes” Moment

Invite a senior leader to shadow a team member or group during your recognition week to better understand their day-to-day work.

Create Connection Moments

  • Host a casual team lunch or breakfast and invite a senior leader to join.
  • Organize a themed dress code day or week (e.g., fun socks, team colors) while staying consistent with our Dress and Personal Appearance policy.

Decorate with Purpose

Let your team decorate their area with a fun theme that reflects the spirit of their work and the recognition being celebrated.

Build in Mini Wellness Breaks

Schedule short sessions that allow your team to pause and recharge:
