Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is a key part of recovery for many people dealing with opioid use disorder. At AtlantiCare Addiction Services, we offer full access to FDA-approved medications—including methadone, buprenorphine and naltrexone—across all levels of care: detox, inpatient, outpatient and telehealth.

We’re one of the few programs in the region that accepts individuals already on methadone maintenance. That means you can continue receiving the support you need without interrupting your medication. We also offer flexible dosing schedules and virtual options to make treatment more accessible, especially for those balancing family, work or community responsibilities.

MAT services may include:

  • Daily or evening dosing options
  • Virtual dosing when clinically appropriate
  • Group and individual therapy sessions
  • Urine drug testing for accountability and support
  • On-site peer recovery support
  • Telehealth appointments for added convenience

Whether you're starting MAT for the first time or continuing care, our team will work with you to find the right approach—one that fits your life and supports your long-term recovery.
