Vivistim Paired VNS Therapy

Vivistim is an FDA-approved, breakthrough therapy that helps stroke survivors regain movement and independence. The therapy combines gentle stimulation of the vagus nerve (a key nerve that runs from the brainstem to the abdomen and plays a role in many body functions) with targeted rehabilitation exercises. This stimulation helps the brain rebuild motor pathways and improve arm and hand function.

Vivistim is especially beneficial for individuals whose recovery has plateaued after traditional therapy, offering new hope for greater independence in daily activities.
