AtlantiCare Adds Seven More Honors to 2025 Accolades
Federally Qualified Health Center Earns National Awards for Quality and Access

AtlantiCare’s Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) has been recognized with seven national honors from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) as part of the Fiscal Year 2025 Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) program. These awards highlight AtlantiCare’s continued passion and commitment to providing high-quality, equitable and accessible care for the communities of South Jersey.
Highest Overall Recognition
For the fourth consecutive year, AtlantiCare earned the Health Center Quality Leader – Gold designation, the program’s highest recognition for overall clinical performance.
National Quality Leaders
The FQHC also received three National Quality Leader awards for:
• Diabetes – for exceeding national benchmarks in diabetes outcomes.
• Heart Health – for excellence in cardiovascular care and hypertension management.
• Behavioral Health – for excellence in screening and treatment for mental health and substance use disorders.
Additional Honors
AtlantiCare was further recognized for:
• Improving Access to Care – expanding patient access and service availability.
• Advancing Health Information Technology – leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• High-Value Care – providing cost-effective, patient-centered services with measurable results.
First-Time Distinctions
This marks the first year AtlantiCare’s FQHC has been named a National Quality Leader in Diabetes and Behavioral Health, underscoring the program’s measurable impact in improving outcomes and reducing disparities across South Jersey.
