AtlantiCare Leaders Named to BINJE’s Best Health Care Leaders 2026

AtlantiCare President and CEO Michael Charlton, MHL, and Gloria-Ann Seel, AVP of Behavioral Health and Addiction Medicine, have been named to BINJE’s Best Health Care Leaders 2026 list.
The annual recognition highlights individuals making an impact on healthcare across New Jersey. Charlton and Seel were recognized in the Hospital Leaders & Executives category for their leadership and contributions to the communities AtlantiCare serves.
Charlton is leading AtlantiCare’s growth and transformation through Vision 2030, with a focus on expanding access to care, strengthening the healthcare workforce and building partnerships that support the future of healthcare in South Jersey.
As AVP of Behavioral Health and Addiction Medicine, Seel has helped advance behavioral health and addiction medicine throughout the region, working to improve access to services and strengthen community partnerships that support individuals and families.
The recognition comes during a year of continued achievement across AtlantiCare. In 2026, the organization earned its third consecutive Great Place To Work Certification™, received Joint Commission certification and was recognized nationally for clinical care and patient experience, underscoring the impact of teams across the health system.
