AtlantiCare is proud to announce that Hak Kim, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and President of AtlantiCare Health Network, has been named one of Becker’s “Top CFOs to Know in 2025.”

“I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Hak for many years, and this recognition comes as no surprise,” said Michael Charlton, president and CEO of AtlantiCare.  “He brings a thoughtful, steady approach to everything he does and always keeps the needs of our patients, team members, and communities front and center.  We’re incredibly proud to see his leadership recognized at the national level.”

This national recognition highlights Hak’s leadership in strengthening AtlantiCare’s financial position and driving strategic growth.  Under his direction, the organization holds “AA-” credit ratings from both S&P and Fitch, the highest in New Jersey.  He has led initiatives that advance value-based care, improve population health, and align Medicare and Medicaid contracts with both quality and cost-efficiency.

Hak plays a key role in enterprise governance, presides over AtlantiCare’s captive insurance company, and serves on several community and industry boards, including the Hospital Alliance of New Jersey and the Midtown Atlantic City Community Development Corporation.
