AtlantiCare Contributes to Red Cross "Services to the Armed Forces" Program
November 19, 2025
As part of its ongoing support for South Jersey’s military and veteran communities, AtlantiCare has provided $2,500 to the American Red Cross Services to the Armed Forces program, which provides emergency family communications, crisis assistance and transition support for service members, veterans and their families.
The contribution reflects AtlantiCare’s long-standing commitment and connection to the region’s military community. Many active-duty service members, Guard and Reserve personnel, and veterans rely on the Red Cross when deployments, family emergencies or medical issues create sudden challenges at home.
Executive Regional Director for the Red Cross of South Jersey, Rachel Lipoff, visited AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Mainland Campus for the check presentation and to highlight the importance of local partnerships in supporting military families.
The Services to the Armed Forces program also offers guidance during reintegration into civilian life, assistance during financial or personal hardships and support for veterans navigating complex transitions. These services remain a critical resource for military families throughout South Jersey.
AtlantiCare’s contribution aligns with its role as a regional anchor institution committed to supporting families during disruptive life moments. This partnership reflects AtlantiCare’s ongoing commitment to supporting organizations that help maintain a reliable network for the region’s military community.
