Jordan Ruch Named to Becker’s Top CIOs to Know List for Second Consecutive Year
February 11, 2026
Jordan Ruch, chief information officer at AtlantiCare, has been named to Becker’s “Top CIOs to Know” list for the second consecutive year, recognizing his leadership and transformational work with Oracle.
Under Vision 2030, Ruch is leading the integration of Oracle Health’s electronic health record and enterprise resource planning platforms into a single connected system that links clinical care with HR, supply chain and finance. When complete, AtlantiCare expects to be the first health system to unify its clinical and business operations on one platform.
The work is supported by centralized training, structured readiness checkpoints and real-time performance monitoring during go-lives, keeping the focus on execution and impact rather than theory.
Ruch has led one of the most significant transformation efforts in AtlantiCare’s history, guiding a complex, systemwide integration with Oracle at an accelerated pace while delivering immediate, measurable improvements for clinicians. His leadership has turned an ambitious vision into coordinated action that is already reshaping how AtlantiCare operates.
